Welcome to this presentation of my work over the years—books, podcasts, articles, film, video, and other personal material and memorabilia.

My goal has been to create content with a lasting impact on culture. A few of these endeavors have gained some popular success, but most have been accomplished through a commitment to making a positive difference regardless of the outcome. That motto showed its reward when creating this collection, as much of the work over the years remains relevant.

I wish I could say that I share Jesus Christ’s attribute for being a servant to all. Those close to me know better. But in the one area of writing and presentation, I am in fact desperate to serve my audience. In fact, I joke with friends that I am terrified of boring people. That character trait led me to studying various methods of story structure and applying those principles to my work. While almost all fiction uses story structure, utilizing it for history and nonfiction is rarely seen. For my projects, the many dozens of hours (or more) invested in story structure competes with the hours spent on historical research.

I can at times use an interesting word, but others are more eloquent. I sometimes dig up an investigative gem, but I follow some brilliant sleuths. I strive to present respectable research with solid citations, but I tip my hat to more intelligent scholars.

What I can in fact do is take all these decent qualities and add the ability to make nonfiction material as interesting as it can be. Adding story structure to history is my labor of love. I pray that it serves as a blessing to you.
